Monster Cookies

Ingredients Part 1

• 12 eggs
• 4 c brown sugar
• 4 c white sugar
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• 8 tsp soda
• 1 lb butter
• 3 lbs peanut butter, creamy or chunky
• 1 Tbsp corn syrup
• 18 c oatmeal

Ingredients Part 1

• 1 lb chocolate chips
• 1 lb plain M&Ms

Instructions

1. Mix Ingredients Part 1 in very large bowl, then add Ingredients Part 2
2. Scoop onto cookie sheets with an ice cream scoop
3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 minutes
4. Allow to cool in pan before removing to counter to cool.

This recipe can be halved or quartered for smaller mixing bowls.
